Welcome to Redwood Health Services! To access your account online, please follow these instructions. You will need your Employer ID# and Employer Group#. Contact Redwood Health Services Customer Service at 1-800-548-7677, option 2 to obtain this information.
This Plan Features:
Hints:
- Employer ID# must contain the -01 (e.g. 1000100000-01) (Contact Customer Service.)
- New User ID for security reasons, do not use your first and last name.
- New User ID must contain 9-16 characters
- Password must be at least 8-16 characters and contain a capital letter and number.
