Vision benefits can include exams, frames, and glasses. RHS vision plans allow an employer to provide vision benefits to it’s employees on a tax free basis.
The employer can decide on what benefits the employee can access and the financial responsibility of each employee is required to pay. The employer can permit their employees to purchase from any qualified vision provider in the area.
The employer decides on the maximum vision benefits per calendar year.
