Due to the recent Santa Rosa firestorm, we are currently unable to access our regular office facilities. We are in a mandatory evacuation zone until further notice.
The fire inflicted terrible damage to the city of Santa Rosa. Many of our staff were affected by the fires, two lost their homes, and several had to evacuate their homes.
Fortunately, the building in which RHS offices are located was spared. Power has been restored, and the building is currently being inspected and should soon be certified as habitable.
Our office is in the Fountaingrove neighborhood, an area that sustained substantial fire destruction, and local authorities continue to restrict access. We hope these barriers will be lifted soon so we can return to our normal operations.
In the meantime, RHS has implemented alternative processes to continue the operational functions of our organization. Managers and staff members are working together off-site and are available to respond to your needs.
- Our claims administrative systems are located in New Jersey, and we can access them from other locations.
- We continue to process and pay claims and provide EOB's.
- We are collecting incoming mail and can deposit and write checks for claims and premium requirements as necessary.
- We can provide quotes.
